Fresh Blueberry Sauce
A fresh blueberry sauce recipe for ice cream, pound cake, or bread pudding.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
PREPARATION:
Wash and crush blueberries; add sugar, lemon juice and salt. Mix well. In a small saucepan, bring blueberry
mixture to a boil; boil 1 minute. Add vanilla. Chill.
Serve over puddings, cake, or ice cream.

Frozen blueberry A class ( 1 grade )
Blueberry Crisp
Thanks to BigDaddy for sharing this blueberry crisp recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
6 cups fresh blueberries, washed
1/4 cup instant tapioca
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2/3 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine the blueberries, tapioca and lemon juice in a large casserole dish.
Mix well and lte stand for at least 15 minutes. In a separate bowl combine the remaining ingredients.
Smooth the mixture over top of the berries, covering completely. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

Frozen blueberry B class ( 2 grade )
Blueberry Bang Belly
Make a crust dough with the following:
2 cups flour
2/3 cup shortening
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
4 cups blueberries
1 1/2 cups sugar (or less if desired)
3 tablespoons flour
Cook filling on top of stove until it bubbles. Then spread in a buttered flat pan and cover
over with rolled dough. Cook in hot oven until crust is golden brown.
Cut in squares and serve from pan.
Raspberries make a good Bang Belly too.

Blueberry Buckle
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Salt
1/3 cup milk.
Cream shortening. Add sugar, egg and flour sifted with baking powder and salt. Add milk. Spread in greased pan.
Cover batter with one pint of blueberries.
For the topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
Cream together sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter. Sprinkle over berries. Bake in moderate oven 45 minutes.
